This hands-on creative role (50% editing/producing, 50% managing contractors) sits at the heart of GCR's Content Lab—crafting influencer partnership kits, social content, and campaign assets that connect American Christians with their persecuted family overseas.
You'll edit flagship content yourself when speed and quality both matter, coordinate a small team of contractors across parallel projects, and make day-to-day creative calls on story selection, format, pacing, and platform optimization. This role joins a growing creative team already producing work that's driving real impact.
The ideal candidate brings 5-7+ years of professional video editing experience, native fluency in what performs on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and is a Christ-follower with a heart for the persecuted church.
