The Creative & Communications Director is responsible for leading and executing the church’s overall communication, branding, and digital marketing strategy. This role ensures that all internal and external messaging is clear, engaging, consistent, and aligned with the mission and vision of the church.
This position reports to the Media/Production Director and works closely with pastoral staff and ministry leaders to support church-wide communication and outreach efforts. Develop and execute marketing strategies for church services, events, and ministries. Plan and manage promotional campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Produce and manage creative content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written materials. Film, edit, and deliver video content for services, social media, and promotions. Capture photo and video content during services, events, and special initiatives.
