The Campus Production Lead plays a vital role in creating excellent and distraction-free worship experiences that help people encounter God. This role is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of weekend services at our campuses, supporting both English and Spanish locations. They will support this role by also having weekend oversight of our Wylie campus and ensuring quality services from our Wylie location.
The Campus Production Coordinator manages AVL systems, assists with set changes, weekly production needs, and ensures all systems are maintained and organized for ministry use at our campuses. Beyond technical oversight, this role provides spiritual and practical leadership development to our volunteers—recruiting, training, and empowering them to serve with excellence. From an operational standpoint, they will also assist with scheduling and onboarding volunteers for all campuses.
