The Sachse Production Coordinator helps create powerful, distraction-free worship environments that support life-changing encounters with God. This role ensures excellence and consistency in weekend services, special events, and conferences at the Sachse Campus while also influencing systems and standards across all campuses. The Sachse Production Coordinator oversees AVL systems, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and training processes to support ministry needs. Just as importantly, this role provides leadership and care for the production volunteer team—recruiting, scheduling, and developing volunteers to serve with skill and a heart for ministry.
