The Associate Systems Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of our production systems across our campuses. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to collaborate with various ministries to support and maintain our production environments.
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in an AVL production role
Technical knowledge in the following:
- Dante and other IP driven protocols
- Q-Sys control systems
- Yamaha and Digico audio console platform
- Basic networking understanding with a focus of Unifi and Netgear devices
- Basic lighting control understanding with a focus of CueServer, Chroma Q Vista, GrandMA, and ETC devices
- Basic video control understanding with a focus on Ross Video and Blackmagic Design devices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various ministries.
What you will be doing:
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues for various systems across our campuses and ministries.
- Analysis and communicate solutions to prevent future issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions.
- Coordinate with production directors to ensure proper deployment and supported systems updates.
- Assist in the design elements to create meaningful and impactful environments for various ministries.
