Sonder is a strategy-first, full-service marketing agency serving churches, Christian nonprofits, parachurch organizations, and mission-aligned businesses. We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist (Contract) to support hands-on execution across active client accounts. This role focuses on running real marketing work, including digital ads, email campaigns, content publishing, analytics review, and light website updates. You’ll work closely with the Founder to turn clear direction into campaigns that actually launch and improve over time. This is a tactical role for someone who enjoys doing the work, not just talking about it. Digital ads and analytics familiarity are required. This is a remote, contract position with a 90-day trial period to ensure mutual fit.
