The Production Director will oversee and carry out all elements of church production. This position requires solid knowledge of AVL systems (audio, video, lighting, and networking) and a commitment to supporting and developing volunteers. The Production Director will provide support for the Band and Creative Teams as we strive to cultivate, produce, and execute intentional worship experiences for Collective.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Tech and Media Teams to ensure a seamless and smooth production each week, both in-person and online
- Research and implement new technology to help elevate our worship experiences
- Support the AVL needs of all ministries at Collective
- Contribute as part of the Production Team, working with Band Leaders and the Creative Team to create intentional worship experiences
- Oversee other areas within Collective’s organizational structure to support our vision of being a church for the rest of us, determined by the leadership team
Desired Competencies and Skills
- Experience in technical areas including projection (ProPresenter), video, and lighting (DMX consoles), and livestreaming (Resi)
- Experience in stage design and incorporation of technical needs
- Proficient in live sound engineering
- Experience leading teams of 20+ people
