The Broadcast Video Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of all broadcast and streaming video systems at Impact Church. This role ensures excellence and reliability in live production and online streaming, utilizing Blackmagic Design systems, Resi streaming platforms, RED cinema cameras, and DEFY specialty systems (RhythmTrack and DactylCam). The engineer will support Sunday services, midweek events, and multi-site distribution while equipping volunteer and staff teams to deliver high-quality broadcast experiences.
